On December 15, 2024, the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies hosted Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Master’s Course in Information Technology, Prof. Adi Dakhel Hassan Al-Jariu, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at the Asia-Pacific International College (APIC).
Prof. Adi Dakhel Hassan Al-Jariu gave a lecture entitled “Reinforcement Learning for Network Performance Improvement in Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks.” The visiting professor was received by the President of the University of Information and Communication Technology (Prof. Abbas Al-Bakri) and the Dean of the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies, in the presence of the Dean of the Institute of Informatics (Prof. Suha Muhammad Hadi) and a number of the Institute’s faculty and students.
At the end of the lecture, the Informatics Shield was presented to express our gratitude to Professor Adi Dakhel Hassan for his presence at the Institute of Informatics and his valuable lecture.
