The Master’s thesis of student Rabie Falih Ghazi was defended at the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies. The discussion session was held today, December 12, 2024.
The study, in the field of Computer Science, was titled “Classification of Genetic Diseases from Biomedical Research.”
The study presented a flexible machine learning methodology aimed at automating the classification of relationships between genes and diseases through the analysis of biomedical text.
Student Rabie Falih Ghazi earned a Master’s degree with a very good grade in Computer Science.
