The Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies witnessed the Ph.D. dissertation defense of the student Hind Abdul Ameer on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

The dissertation falls under the specialization of Computer Science and is entitled:
“Blockchain-Based E-Healthcare Services Using Cloud Computing”

The dissertation proposed the development of an integrated system for managing electronic health records based on Blockchain technology, introducing a management model that relies on organizations and user role hierarchies. This contributes to enhancing the reliability and security of medical data and improving the efficiency of e-health services.

Following a thorough scientific discussion of the dissertation’s content, the examination committee decided to award Hind Abdul Ameer the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science with a grade of Very Good.
