The Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies discusses a master’s thesis on early diagnosis of kidney cancer.

The Master’s thesis of student Duha Abdulredha Kazim was defended at the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies. The discussion session was held on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
The study, in the field of Computer Science, was titled:
“Kidney Cancer Classification Using Crow Swarm Optimization Algorithm and Deep Q Learning Based on Large Medical Image”
“This thesis presents a hybrid model that uses feature extraction techniques in addition to the Crow Swarm Optimization technique to select the best features. This aims to reduce human errors that may occur during medical image analysis by experts in the early diagnosis of diseases.
The student Duha Abdulredha Kazim obtained a Master’s degree with distinction in Computer Science.
