“Improved Algorithm for Analysis DNA Sequences Using Multi-resolution Transformation.”
The thesis addressed the problem of accurately identifying protein-coding regions in DNA sequences, a fundamental problem in computational biology and biodata science. The study also focused on developing an advanced algorithm for analyzing DNA sequences using genomic signal processing and deep learning techniques, which enhances the accuracy of identifying coding regions in the genome.
Ammar Abdrabuh Sakran earned his PhD in computer science with distinction.
