Seminar at the Institute of Informatics on Women’s Leadership in Governmental and Private Institutions

The Institute of Informatics for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information and Communications Technology held a seminar entitled “The Characteristics of Women Leaders in Governmental and Private Institutions.” The seminar was presented by Asst. Lect. Zeina Baha’a Hameed on Wednesday, 19/11/2025.

The seminar was organized by the Women’s Affairs Unit at the institute and highlighted the most important skills and qualities that women need to be effective leaders, such as decision-making, emotional intelligence, time management, as well as flexibility and problem-solving abilities. The seminar also discussed models of successful women in various sectors.
