The PhD thesis of Ali Hakim Jabr was discussed at the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies. The discussion session was held on Sunday, March 2, 2025. The thesis, in the field of Computer Science, was titled: “Advanced Target Tracking During Dusty Weather for an Artificial Eye.” This thesis proposes a new framework to enhance target tracking capabilities during dusty weather conditions, specifically designed for artificial eyes, which are advanced imaging systems used in applications such as autonomous navigation and surveillance. The student, Ali Hakim Jabr, obtained his PhD with distinction in Computer Science.
