On Sunday, October 6, 2024, the PhD thesis of Qutaiba Kazim, titled “Wireless Secure Transmission Using Hybird Chaotic Map and Grey Wolf Optimization,” was defended at the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies. The thesis discussed the developments in communications technologies to improve the security of image transmission and the accuracy of encryption keys.
The thesis focused on the use of chaotic maps to securely transmit data in conjunction with artificial intelligence algorithms.
Following the defense, the student was awarded a PhD with a very good grade in Computer Science.
