Scientific Affairs
The Scientific Affairs Division consists of the Electronic Plagiarism Detection Unit and is entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Following up on matters and duties assigned to the division, including receiving administrative orders related to the supervision of postgraduate students, as well as handling procedures for defense and post-defense requirements.
- Preparing schedules for doctoral, master’s, and higher diploma defense committees.
- Receiving student projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Managing the Scientific Expertise System, which includes sending official correspondence to academic reviewers and receiving their responses electronically.
- Monitoring faculty electronic groups regarding notifications and receiving student achievement forms.
- Operating the electronic system (Masaa) of the Scientific Affairs Division for entering theses, dissertations, and all related materials.
- Monitoring student research projects through the designated electronic form prepared for this purpose.
- Coordinating and following up with students regarding defense requirements.
