Quality Assurance

This division is entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring the implementation of quality standards within the institute’s educational system throughout the year in order to achieve academic accreditation, through participation in seminars and workshops held at the institute to obtain the best outcomes in accreditation.
  2. Following up on the institute’s periodic activities, including staff participation in conferences, seminars, and training courses, to remain informed of the latest methods and principles of quality and ensure their application within the institute.
  3. Participating in seminars, courses, conferences, and workshops related to university performance to raise the institute’s standards to the required level of quality.
  4. Evaluating the faculty members of the institute who hold administrative and functional positions, identifying their key responsibilities in addition to their teaching duties.
  5. Evaluating the institute’s permanent staff members in their official positions in order to encourage and motivate them to deliver their best performance, thus contributing to the overall quality of the educational institution managed by the institute.
  6. Evaluating faculty members who do not hold administrative positions as well as those who are partially exempted from teaching duties.

Supervising, monitoring, and verifying the accuracy of the institute staff members’ data across all departments, submitting it to the Quality Assurance Department at the university for updates, and organizing it in special files within the division according to academic years.
