This division is responsible for several tasks, including the following:

Contributing to the preparation of the daily lecture schedule for the institute’s students.

Monitoring the postgraduate admission plan at the institute.

Participating in the postgraduate admission system by supervising the students’ application process through the electronic system and overseeing the competitive examination.

Guiding and following up with postgraduate students by scheduling meetings with them and providing instructions and regulations.

Developing and updating a database of the institute’s faculty members, by collecting the required information from each faculty member.

Responding to official correspondence from inside and outside the institute regarding admission plans, statistics, inquiries, etc., in accordance with the regulations and instructions related to the Postgraduate Studies Division.

Responding to inquiries from applicants interested in postgraduate studies at the Institute of Informatics by receiving and addressing their questions.
