Applicants for postgraduate studies at our institute for the 2024-2025 academic year (Higher Diploma, Master’s, Doctorate) must bring the required documents below.
First: Personal Documents
- Civil status ID and Iraqi citizenship certificate or unified national ID card.
- Residence card or residence confirmation.
- Four personal photos.
- Father’s and mother’s IDs for the applicant or death certificates for both parents.
Second: A graduation certificate showing the applicant’s GPA, both in numbers and in writing, in addition to the GPA of the top student in the class for the science department, for the first and second semesters, and for morning and evening studies.
Third: Proficiency certificates (Arabic, English, Computer)
Fourth:
- A graduation confirmation for the student showing the GPA and sequence, and the GPA of the top student for the first and second semesters, for morning and evening studies. A document with grades, if any.
- A letter of no objection addressed to the Iraqi Computers and Informatics Authority / Institute of Informatics for Postgraduate Studies.
- A service summary addressed to the Iraqi Computers and Informatics Authority / Institute of Informatics for Postgraduate Studies, stating Administrative order, commencement, appointment, and other details specific to each department for the employee.
- Letter of exemption from the average for the employee applying according to the study leave instructions.
- Email with a valid phone number.
- Send all documents and forms as a single PDF file to the valid email address in the system.
The deadline for receiving the paper file is 72 hours from the date of application to the system and downloading the electronic form. This is in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education.
