All applicants for graduate studies for the academic year 2025-2026 must bring a paper file containing the documents uploaded through the system, as well as the following documents:
- The applicant’s unified ID card, residence card, and unified ID card for parents or death certificates if deceased.
- Bachelor’s degree certificate or confirmation with barcode.
- Master’s degree certificate or confirmation with barcode for applicants for doctoral studies.
- Higher diploma certificate or confirmation with barcode for applicants for master’s studies.
- All evidence proving the date of commencement of master’s studies, the date of discussion, and the university graduation order for applicants for doctoral studies.
- No-objection letter and service summary for employees.
- Forms for families of martyrs, people with disabilities, and political prisoners issued for the year 2025-2026 with barcode.
- Efficiency certificates.
