Scholarships from the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies / Iraqi Computer and Informatics Authority for students (non-Iraqis)
To promote cultural exchange and raise the scientific level of Iraqi universities by accepting students of multiple nationalities (non-Iraqis), the Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies / the Iraqi Commission for Computers and Informatics invites all non-Iraqi students to apply in our institute for the academic year (2022-2023) for the purpose of completing their higher studies (Higher Diploma, Master, PhD) according to the electronic form in the link (http://forms.gle/qbh5MEH1dq7yDYMs6)
In addition to the instructions and controls required by applicants for the purpose of studying at our institute, communication is done via e-mail

Second: The required scientific backgrounds that are entitled to apply for postgraduate studies at our institute for the academic year 2022-2023 are as follows:-
A – Higher Diploma in Computer Science
The application should be limited to a student who holds a bachelor’s degree in one of the following specializations:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics
B-Masters in Computer Science
The application should be limited to a student who has one of the following specializations:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering.
c. PhD in Computer Science
The application should be limited to a student who holds a master’s degree in one of the following specializations:
Third: – The applicant must provide the Institute with the documents listed below: –
Study documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the student’s country and the Iraqi embassy or cultural attaché in that country.
The average of the student applying to study the higher diploma should be no less than 65%, and the average of the student applying for the master’s and doctoral studies is not less than 70%.
A valid passport for a period of no less than two years from the date of its initial acceptance.
Research plan (research proposal).
Recommendations of two (2) teachers holding the title of professor in the field of specialization.
Identification documents.
Any other documents required by the institute.
Non-conviction and a health certificate issued by the country of origin.
A written undertaking under which he undertakes to abide by the laws, regulations, instructions and controls issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq.
