Validation Unit

This unit is entrusted with the following tasks:

  1. Issuing graduation certificates for institute graduates at all academic levels (Higher Diploma, Master’s, PhD).
  2. Archiving electronically all graduation certificates issued for graduates.
  3. Responding to official correspondence from all state institutions regarding the authentication and validity of certificates issued by the institute.
  4. Uploading issued certificates to the Secure Documents System on the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers’ website to ensure timely responses to authentication requests, simplify procedures, and eliminate the previously applied bureaucracy.
  5. Assigning a Quick Response (QR) code to all issued certificates belonging to graduates, to facilitate authentication procedures for governmental and non-governmental entities.
  6. Following up on the division’s correspondence and responding to both internal and external official letters.
